2-kanałowy oscyloskop cyfrowy. 1-kanałowy generator przebiegów arbitralnych/funkcyjnych. Kanały oscyloskopu i generatora przebiegów są oddzielone, aby wygodnie obsługiwać je jednocześnie. Oscyloskop występuje w 3 wersjach jeżeli chodzi o pasmo przepustowe 200/100/70 MHz, częstotliwość próbkowania 1GSa/s. Generator przebiegów arbitralnych 25 MHz, rozdzielczość 12 bitów, 7-calowy kolorowy wyświetlacz LCD 64K, rozdzielczość 800x480.
